Shamanic Drum Meditation Tour

Deborah is offering Shamanic Drum Meditations at wellness centers in Rhode Island and Southern MA.  She celebrates the relationships that she has built with these Wonderful Wellness Creatresses as they have become her cherished colleagues, friends and support.

Shamanism is a practice where one learns to communicate with spirit in all forms.  One builds relationships with these divine helpers to understand oneself more fully.  We all have a different role in the World.  Similarly, Spirit has various roles as well.  Plants, animals, places and all living things inhabit spirit and by communicating with them, we can bring their knowledge, energy and wisdom into our own reality.

Shamanic drumming is a tool that is widely used in Shamanism.  The drum will be used to guide our meditations as we meet and work with specific guides.  It is so empowering to get in literal touch with your guides and to become comfortable going to them for answers.

You will be taught to access the Upper and Lower Worlds to connect with your Higher Self and meet your Power Animal through Shamanic Journeying. You will learn more about the amazing person that you are by gaining insight and wisdom from these parts of you!

Bring a journal and a pen.  You may bring items, drums and pictures to be placed in our circle to be blessed.

Helping Hearts & Souls Teaching Group

Service is a gift that one provides for another.  It is kindness and love.  You have chosen a job that serves others such as a health professional, clergy, therapist, law enforcer, or teacher.  You dedicate much of your time and energy to family members' health and well-being.  Your service to one may have ended due to an empty nest, death, or life change.  Helping others while fulfilling in many ways may also be exhausting and challenging.  Finding Self in service is a key to transforming how you serve.

This group offers all helpers emotional and spiritual support.

  • You will be guided through a meditation to calm and focus.
  • You will be given the time to share what is on your mind and heart.
  • You will be given tools that you can immediately apply to your life.
  • You will receive validation and positive support.

This group will meet  at the Providence Healing Circle off of Hope Street.

This group will be guided by Deborah Gleadow.

Groups will run approximately one and a half hour.  One group is $25.

February 2010 time is:

Thursday February 11 at 9:30 am

Deborah Gleadow's Helping Hearts & Souls Workshop was a wonderful opportunity to come together with others in the healing profession. We were encouraged to share both our positive and challenging experiences and to be supported by Debbie's unique guidance and meditation. Giving is always tied to receiving and this session filled me up and reinforced why I love what I do and how blessed I am to be in the company of other, very powerful healers!

Debbie's workshop was very helpful.  It allowed me to confirm my calling to become a nurse. The workshop also provided me with unique tools which has allowed me to navigate through the linear health care arena keeping myself and my patient in a healing and protected relationship.  I'm so very grateful for the opportunity to participate in her workshop.
